Great little local family restaurant. Mike the owner/chef always greets us with a welcoming smile and a hello. There is nice variety of creative sandwiches and fantastic soups and a nice breakfast menu. With very reasonable prices, great service and delicious food, its definitely become one of our favorite little places to go

I was visiting my daughter and we were looking for a local place to have breakfast and came across the Wood n spoon...glad we did. Liso was the server this morning and was very pleasant and welcoming. Our food did not take long to come out and was delicious. Sausage gravy and biscuits were very tasty and well seasoned. I enjoyed the Wood n spoon and will definitely come back next time I'm in town. Thank you for a good meal
Strongly Recommend Never disappoints , always delicious, fresh and healthy. Friendly services and smiley faces. Have specials all the time. Love their Cactus and Super Fan of Roasted Red Pepper Soup.
I could not be happier with this cute little find in Vero Beach, FL! Wood N Spoon has so many amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. The best part? I didn’t get sick at all from cross contamination. I had the Lox Gluten Free Bagel and French Onion Soup. Both were absolutely delicious. I want to try more of their menu items! Went here a couple months ago and I've been craving that gluten free bagel ever since.
Thank you Chef Mike for a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner for 3! So easy to pick up the day before and everything was delicious - turkey, all the traditional sides and a yummy pumpkin pie. Best part we didn't have to cook and enjoyed every minute of Thanksgiving day relaxing by the pool! The Wooden Spoon is such a great spot - one of our favorites in Vero. Highly recommend!
I like this little place. Hidden just off Oslo and 20th. First and foremost, It's real food. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Staff is so friendly and attentive. A great local family business!
2/4/2025 Mom (95) lives here in Vero. We come 4 times a year from Austin,TX This is (in my opinion) a hidden Gem !! Soup and 1/2 a sandwich was a REAL BARGIN ! Food: For all 4 of us the soup was delicious! Our sandwiches were likewise delicious. Highlights : Our wait person was unbelievably delightful. ( Lisamon I believe). She has enough personality to fill an ocean. I tried to trick her on my soup, but because they were delivered in different color bolds, she was able to outsmart me. Another word she could tell by the color of the bowel what soup I had been served. RATS - out smarted. Great Food plus a witty waitress made for a 1st class lunch.
